When the application is for property in excess of 10,000 and less than 30,000, the tax exemption shall be considered as a debt incurred by the tax collector, and the clerk shall send the debt collector a written notice stating which form of the tax exemption application is in the possession of the judge. The court shall then forward the application to the Texas Agricultural Code Trust Fund for immediate processing at the expense of the county. Upon the receipt of the amount of the application fee by the tax collector, the Tax Division shall apply the proceeds of the application fee to the payment of the tax.
